Geniki Taxydromiki is responsible to deliver your order from Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00. If Geniki Taxydromiki is not able to track you upon delivery they will leave a note, call or sent a text message on the mobile phone submitted in your order. Geniki taxydromiki will try then to deliver your order one more time.
In case they cannot deliver the order once again, your parcel will remain for 1 -2 days in their store, from where you can collect it yourself. In case you do not respond in their messages or calls, your parcel will be sent back to us and your order will be registered as "denial of order".

If you are not sure that you will be able to receive your parcel in the address stated in your order, we kindly suggest that you submit the closest Geniki Taxydromiki store as a delivery address. That way you can make sure that you can collect your parcel from Geniki Taxydromiki when you will able to (Monday to Friday 08.00-20.00, Saturday 08.00-15.00)

In case you need the delivery on a specific day/time please make sure to note it in your order's comments before submitting the order. For this specific service there is extra cost that we will notify you of and it will be charged with cash on delivery. For delivery preference (e.g. before 14.00 or after 14.00) no extra charges apply. Delivery in P.O. boxes is not possible, as signature is required upon delivery.
