Returns of defective / damaged / wrong products:
If you receive a wrong product / contact us in 2310 520 736 or send us an email at email@example.com.
Follow the product return procedure and we will make sure to send you the right products as soon as possible.
If you received damaged product caused by the transportation of the product, take pictures from the product and the package and send them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the indication "damaged" in the title as well as the order's number and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
If you received a product and after their use a defect comes up, take pictures and send them to us at email@example.com with the indication “defect” in the title as well as the order number and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
In any case we have to be really careful and objective, but there are also the cases where we need to first see the product to determine whether this is a misuse of the product or a manufacturer's defect. In all the above cases, all returns / replacements shall be carried out, if you first follow the instructions. Keep in mind that if you use courier / transport / post other than Geniki Taxydromiki courier:
1. We cannot offer free return.
2. We do not receive returns on our charge.
3. We do not repay any costs you have been charged with.
4. We do not receive products send by post office.
5. We are not responsible for the delay, in case of delay during the return.
