Refunds/ changes

National orders (Greece)

You have the right to return reasonable part or all products of your order. To do so, you must notify us by email at info@streetwear.gr and send us the returning products within 14 calendar days after receiving it.

We offer the returning service free of charge if you use Geniki Taxydromiki courier. 

The returning procedure is very simple:

1. Package the returning products carefully.
2. Call Geniki Taxydromiki or visit their nearest store to send the package. Find the nearest store in your area: https://www.taxydromiki.com/find-store
3. Request for a receiver’s charge.

Requirements:

1. Please notify us by email at info@streetwear.gr and send us the returning products within 14 calendar days after receiving it.
2. Returning products must be in the same condition as you received it (packaging, labels, shoes box, unused, without perfumes or make-up).
3. Returning product must be accompanied by selling representatives (retail receipt/ invoice).

Once we receive your package:

1. In case you want a refund *:

We will refund the value of the returning products in the price you bought them, in the same way you chose to pay for your order (credit card/ PayPal).

In case your payment is made with “cash on delivery” or in case you used the “bank transfer” option, the refund will be placed in the bank account of your choice (you can notify us by mail at  info@streetwear.gr).        

Streetwear.gr has the right to withhold bank expenses/ provisions/ transport costs paid for your order. Read more here >>

2. In case you wish to exchange a product (size/ code):

Caution! Do not register new orders for product changes.

Contact us on +30 2310 520 736 or notify us by mail at info@streetwear.gr and a representative will initialize an exchange request. Changes on products are implemented on priority (within 1 working day). If a product is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible. As soon as the desired products are available, we will send them to you after your request is being processed.

The shipping cost of the new order is 4 euro and is required to be paid by cash on delivery. Any price difference that may occur due to difference in the value of the products is added on your account.

 

3. In case of returning defective/ wrong products:

We will replace the product or in case it is not available, we will contact you to propose another.

International orders

For all returns and exchanges you must contact streetwear.gr directly via email at info@streetwear.gr and provide information about the reasons to return an item you purchased.

Time frame

The procedure:

Starting to pack

  • Wrap the product carefully into a plastic bag so that it is as protected as possible (please do not apply tape on the shoe box).
  • Pack the item carefully, include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and send the item back to us.
  • Be aware that we only accept returns in their original package (shoe box for shoes), including all the parts (laces/ tags/ label etc.) Unworn/ unused and in the condition, you received them.

Tracking information

  • We highly recommend that you use a safe and trackable post service, since the product is under your responsibility until we receive it.
  • Please provide proof of posting (tracking number or copy of receipt) when returning an item.
  • We cannot issue a refund if the returning item gets lost or damaged in transit.
  • Always ask for a "proof of posting certificate".
