National orders (Greece)
You have the right to return reasonable part or all products of your order. To do so, you must notify us by email at email@example.com and return the products within 14 calendar days after receiving them.

We offer the returning service free of charge if you use Geniki Taxydromiki Courier.
The returning procedure is very simple:
- Package the returning products carefully.
- Call Geniki Taxydromiki or visit their nearest store to send the package. Find the nearest Geniki Taxydromiki Office in your area
- Request for a receiver’s charge.
- Please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and return the products within 14 calendar days after receiving them.
- Returning products must be in the same condition as you received them (packaging, labels, shoe box, unused, without perfumes or make-up etc.).
- Returning products must be accompanied by selling representatives (retail receipt/ invoice).
Once we receive your package:
1. In case you ask for a refund:
- We need up to 14 calendar days to refund you.
- Your money will be returned the same way you paid (credit card/ PayPal). In case you paid with COD (cash on delivery) or with bank wire transfer, please send an email at email@example.com your details (Bank, Account Beneficiary, IBAN)
- The shipping cost (4 euro) will not be refunded
- In case you have paid with PayPal, the supply cost (3.6%) will not be refunded.
2. In case you wish to exchange a product (size/ SKU):
- Contact us on +30 2310 520 736 or notify us by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and a representative will place your new order.
- The cost for an exchange is 4 euro and is required to be paid upon delivery.
- Any price difference that may occur will be added or returned.
3. In case of receiving defective/ wrong products:
- Constact us at 2310 520 736 or at email@example.com to resolve the issue.
- We will arrange the return at our own cost as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
If you simply changed your mind on your purchase please follow the return procedure:
You must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send back to us the products within 14 calendar days after receiving them.
Starting to pack:
- Wrap the goods carefully so that they are as protected as possible (please do not apply tape on the shoe box).
- Be aware that we only accept returns in their original package (shoe box for shoes), including all the parts (laces/ tags/ gifts etc.) unworn/ unused and in the condition you received them.

- We highly recommend that you use a safe and trackable postal service, since the product is under your responsibility until we receive it.
- Please provide proof of posting (tracking number or copy of receipt) when returning an item.
- We cannot issue a refund if the returning item gets lost or damaged in transit.
Keep in mind that we do not refund any shipping costs, taxes, duty fees or customs expenses in any case.
- You will have to place a new order and continue with your return following the instructions above.
It is very rare that you receive your order in nothing but perfect condition.
- If your package appears to be damaged or teared upon delivery, please don’t sign and refuse to receive it. If you receive a damaged or teared package, we cannot refund you for any case (missing items, damaged products etc.).
Wrong/ Defective Item
- In case that you received a wrong or defective item, please send photos of the defect or wrong item at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- Some times it is not easy to determine whether there is a manufacturer’s defect or wear and tear.
- We only accept returns for products with proven manufacturer’s defects and in this case we offer a full refund.
